PVHB,CLHB Marine vertical centrifugal pump detachable structure

PVHB/CLHB Ship centrifugal pump is suitable for ship ballast cabin bottom pump,cooling pump and fire pump, etc. It can be used to transport seawater, fresh water and other corrosive liquids with the temperature not higher than 120 degrees Celsius.  Special requirements can reach 200 degrees Celsius.

A bold improvement on the design is carried out for the structure of model PVHB, CLHB removable vertical centrifugal matched with each other. The external structure of it is formed with motor, joint shaft coupling and pump casing and driving unit is formed with motor shaft, claw elastic clutch bearings inside of the bearing seat, pump shaft and impeller. To maintain it needs only to remove the driving unit under the claw elastic clutch coupling, without need of removing motor, joint coupling and pump casing. The pump will not be affected with its performance and can be kept in a stable condition all the time in case of a long-way transportation and use under an awful environment.
