Jmz Stainless Steel Self Priming Alcohol Transfer Pump

JMZ stainless steel self-priming alcohol centrifugal pump, FMZ self-priming chemical pump are equipped with is new mechanical seal assembly (no leakage) and driven by explosion-proof motor.

JMZ self-priming alcohol pump is suitable for transportation (-35 ~ +120℃) of all kinds of alcohol, beverages, dairy products, pharmaceutical, gasoline, solvent oil, syrup and other industries.

FMZ self priming chemical pump is suitable for conveying (-35 ~ +120℃) thick slurry, acid, alkali, salt and other chemical liquids.

This pump has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, good self-priming performance, small size, light weight, stable performance, no bottom valve, no need for self-priming when starting.

Performance range of this pump: flow is 3M3/h ~ 190M3/h, head is 22m ~ 60m, caliber is: 25mm ~ 150mm.

1 - The main parts of the pump are: pump body, impeller, pump shaft, mechanical seal, suspension frame etc.

2 - The rotation of the pump is for counterclockwise when the pump is viewed from the inlet.

3 - Pump installation: fixed and mobile.

Fixed installation type: Pump inlet and outlet generally use flange type; Portable installation type : pump inlet and outlet is generally for screw type.

(note: the fixed installation type: flange is generally for 0.6Mpa pressure)
