PWDL vertical multi-suction heads sewage pump

PWDL sewage pump has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, low noise, high efficiency, anti-silting, energy saving and so on. It has a unique effect in discharging and delivering sewage containing solid particles.

Main application:

PWDL vertical sewage pumps are mainly used as slurry, slurry, pulp and other slurry conveying equipment in industrial production departments such as metallurgy, mining, electric power, coal, papermaking, light textile, building materials, machinery, municipal engineering and so on.

Features

1. Multiple suction head: Each pump has 4 suction heads, which are distributed in the center and every corner of the pump pit. Therefore, suction range is large and the sediment in the pump pit is small.

2.With stirrer: the lower part of the main suction head is equipped with an agitator, which can stir up the sediment in the pump pit and effectively prevent the suction head from blocking and the pump pit from silting up.

3, with reamer: A metal reamer is equipped in the upper part of the stirrer. It can be cut the fiber material (such as gloves, rags, plastic) into the sewage to effectively prevent the suction head being clogged.

1.       Fixed device is not needed. Suction heads support the pump.

Working conditions

1. The water temperature of the transported sewage shall not exceed 60℃.

2. The particle size in sewage shall not exceed 15mm.

3. The maximum allowable concentration of transported sewage is about 30%.

4. Specific gravity of solid particles in conveying medium is not limited.

5. Different types of sewage pump have different submersible water depth. PWDL is 1.5-1.8m, PWXL is 1.5-2.0m and PWCL2.5-2.8m.

Structure:

PWDL, PWXL and PWCL vertical multi-suction head sewage pump are composed of vertical motor and pump body. The motor is directly connected with the pump by the shaft coupling. Each pump has 4 suction heads. The suction head is also as the support of the pump. The flow components of the pump are made of ductile iron. The pump is a double suction centrifugal impurity pump with an open impeller.
