FY corrosion resistant immersible centrifugal pump
FY corrosion resistant vertical immersible pump is a single stage single suction long shaft submersible centrifugal pump. Its rated performance point and flange connection size are equivalent to ISO2858 international standard and technical conditions meet ISO5199 standard.
Compared with the original FY type corrosion resistant immersible pump, it has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, good energy saving effect and reliable operation.
 
Pump Materials:
FY corrosion resistant immersible centrifugal pump can be made of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel etc. material.  The impeller type can be close or open impeller.
 
 

Pumped liquids

FYB stainless steel immersible pump with open impeller is suitable for conveying corrosive liquid containing slightly solid particles and abrasive matter. Solid particles diameter is less than 30% diameter of pump suction inlet.  Cast iron pump is for fluids with PH5 to PH9. Stainless steel pump is for fluids with PH9-PH14.

Liquid temperature is generally for 0 to 105℃. When the temperature is -20~0℃ and 105 to 180℃, the heat preservation jacket and cooling jacket can be used, and the wear resistance guide bearing of low or high temperature can be used.

If there is a small amount of solid particles in the conveyed medium, the sliding bearing shall be externally lubricated (clean water with external pressure greater than 0.2MPa and other permitted media), and the user shall explain such cases.

The working pressure of the pump is designed as 1.6mpa.

Submerged depth； 0.5m to 5meters.

Structure

FY type is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate pipe, upper and lower liquid pipe, bearing frame, bottom plate and other parts.

The suction of the pump is along the axis direction: the outlet is parallel to the axis.

Viewed from suction inlet to motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
