RGB hose pump or peristaltic pump:

RGB Industries hose pump is called as peristaltic pump. The peristaltic pump is suitable to handle various fluids with impurity, high viscosity, high density fluids and the fluids with equal liquid and solid.

RGB peristaltic pump without mechanical seal and can reverse. The pump has strong self suction ability (maximum suction height:8m) and self cleaning characteristics with simple structure and easy maintenance ,no leakage and no pollution etc. The pumped fluids containing impurity is only contacted with the hose. The impurity or fiber etc diameter into the fluids is less than 1/4 pump pipe diameter. The pump has simple operation, less power consumption ,high efficiency with good metering capacity. So RGB peristaltic pump can also be used as a metering pump

Working principle:

A pair of pressure rollers rotates along a special rubber tube. By flattening the rubber tube and under the force of the tube's own elasticity and the side guide roller, the fluid is sucked into the tube through the high vacuum generated by the pipe's restitution. Then, the fluid is expelled from the tube under the mechanical extrusion of the pressure roller.
