Zje Slurry Feeding Pump For Press Filter 

ZJE-II Horizontal Slurry feeding Pump for press filter ZJE-II slurry feeding pump is a kind of special impurity pump.

Slurry is sucked from the back side of the pump.

The pump is equipped with pack gland seal (no leakage) and flow and head etc performance are special for some special conditions.

ZJE-II slurry feeding pump features: 1 - Advanced Hydraulic structure design, high efficiency, corrosion resistance, stable and reliable operation; 2 - High flow rate and low pressure; 3 - Low flow rate and high pressure discharge; 4 - Simple shaft seal is reliable, no water, no mechanical seal, no leakage; 5 - Pump does not need frequency conversion adjusting speed motor.

The pump is with low speed motor and suitable for conveying high concentration slurry.

ZJE-II slurry feeding pump is driven by low speed motor( 1480rpm).

If low pressure is need, the impeller can be trimmed or the rotary speed of pump can be reduced.

We can also use ZJ slurry pump with mechanical seal same as ZJE-II pump.

ZJE-II slurry feeding pump requires feeding level higher than the center height of the pump.

The pump inlet pipe should not be too long.
