Automatic self-priming vacuum pump for marine emergency fire pump

The maximum suction capacity of the vacuum pump is 80m3/h, and the maximum suction height is 8.5m, The applicable pipe diameter is DN100 to DN450, and the water can be discharged in 8 to 45 seconds according to the pumping rate of different pipe diameters.

The vacuum pump can be installed horizontally on the fire pump body or separately.

Connect the suction port of the vacuum pump with the outlet pipe of the fire pump.

The outlet pipe of the fire pump shall be equipped with gate valve.

The working water shall be connected to the circulating water tank through the pipe.

The water tank shall be higher than the vacuum pump, and the working water can also be connected externally.

The working water of 1.5m3/h and pressure of 0.2-0.5kg shall be provided.

The suction port and inlet of the vacuum pump shall be equipped with filter screen, prevent the vacuum pump from being damaged due to foreign matters being sucked in.

The vacuum pump is designed to be started manually or automatically.

The direction of rotation is the direction indicated by the arrow and runs clockwise.

Do not operated without working water.

In manual mode, press the start switch, the contactor is closed, the vacuum pump runs, and the solenoid valve automatically opens to start pumping, When water is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet, start the fire pump, press the vacuum pump stop switch, the vacuum pump stops running, and the solenoid valve automatically closes.

The fire pump works normally.

Automatic mode

Press the start button, contactor and electromagnetic valve to electricity at the same time, the vacuum pump to start working, when vent water flow switch, intermediate relay in an instant, absorption normally closed off, contactor and electromagnetic valve power, vacuum pump stop working.

Normally open point closure provide passive signal for fire pump control box.
