The pump cavity of HEP1 homogeneous emulsification pump is equipped with a group of double-layer stator and double-layer rotor.

The raw materials of rotary stator and pump cavity eliminates the internal stress of material by forging and other processes.

Improve the toughness and wear resistance of the material, and extend the service life.

The rotor drive shaft is made of high-strength composite material.

The parts in contact with the material are usually stainless steel such as 304 and 316L.

The sealing form is a water-cooled double-end mechanical seal.

The pump shaft is supported by a bearing box and supported by double bearing fulcrums to effectively control shaft vibration.

The coupling is connected with the motor.

The working principle of the pump is to suck the material from the inlet of the pump, and discharge the material from the outlet under the action of the centrifugal force provided by the rotor after being homogenized and emulsified by the rotor and stator.

HEP1 is suitable for working conditions that require high emulsification processing speed and not too strict emulsification effect.

It can meet short-distance conveying work.

It is usually used in conjunction with a vertical high-shear homogenizing emulsifier to achieve better homogeneity emulsifying effect.
