GDF fluoroplastic lining pipeline pump is widely used in pickling process, painting process, transport of electrolyte in non-ferrous metal smelting, chloride water, wastewater treatment and acid adding process in ionic membrane caustic soda project.
Applicable temperature: -20℃ to 150℃.
Fluorine plastic pipeline pump is for vertical structure and suction and discharging caliber is the same and locate in the same center line.
Impeller is directly connected with motor shaft, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise.
It can effectively balance the radial and axial load produced by pump operation.
The shaft seal adopts advanced outer bellows mechanical seal and static ring selects alumina ceramic, dynamic ring adopts PTFE filling material (according to the user's special working conditions with other materials), wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, good sealing performance, effectively increases the service life of mechanical seal.
The pump has simple structure, easy maintenance, small footprint, in the repair and replacement of impeller, seal and other wearing parts, no need to remove the pipeline
